Back to a calmer counter. Email us with the game name, your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot can help; remove private information before sending it. Please keep the app installed if you need help with saved progress.
We cannot see your save remotely. Never send passwords, payment details or your Apple Account sign-in information.
How to play
Drag left or right to aim, then release to send an item up the counter. Matching items merge. Make the drink on the ticket to complete an order. Pause and choose Bank & Finish when you want to stop.
Saved progress
Progress is stored on your device. It is not automatically synced between devices. If a save warning appears, keep the app installed, check available storage and contact us before resetting anything. A device backup may contain app data, depending on your settings; recovery is not guaranteed.
Purchases and refunds
How do I restore something I bought?
Use title screen → EXTRAS → Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Connect to the internet and try again if the store is unavailable. Restore brings back eligible purchases, not scores or progress.
Where do I ask for a refund?
For purchases billed by Apple, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides eligibility under its policies and applicable consumer rights.
Ads and privacy
What does Remove Ads remove?
Remove Ads removes the title-screen banner and between-shift ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available if you choose to watch one. Ad availability and rewards depend on the ad service confirming the reward.
How do I change my ad choices?
Open Help → AD CHOICES, or EXTRAS → Ad Privacy Choices when available. Tracking permission is in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining tracking does not stop all information used to deliver and measure ads. Read the privacy policy for details.
A more comfortable game
Open Pause → Reduced motion for calmer movement. Sound, music and vibration can also be adjusted in the game. Take breaks whenever you need them.
