No game account. Progress saved on your device. Clear choices about the services you use.
Your game, your information
This policy covers Tea Tumble for iPhone and iPad, operated by Robopioneer Game Studio. No game account is required. The game does not send your saved progress to a developer-operated gameplay server.
Advertising services do process information when you use the ad-supported game, as explained below. Purchases, support messages and visits to these web pages have their own data handling, described here.
Progress and device backups
The game stores scores, coins, tools, orders, unlocked stalls, run checkpoints, cosmetic choices and comfort settings on your device. It also stores ad timing and reward limits to manage ad frequency.
The game does not provide progress sync between devices. Device or computer backups may contain app data according to your settings. Deleting the app removes its local data, but may not remove copies in your backups. Manage those separately with your backup provider. Avoid deleting the app while trying to recover a save.
Advertising and privacy choices
Tea Tumble uses Google AdMob to provide a banner on the title screen when it fits, occasional ads between shifts, and optional rewarded ads. Google’s advertising services may process device identifiers, your IP address and approximate location inferred from it, ad views and interactions, app interactions, crash information and performance diagnostics. These support advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Google’s privacy messaging service also handles consent choices.
With permission, advertising information may be used to make ads more relevant, including through information from other apps and sites. On iPhone and iPad, access to Apple’s advertising identifier requires your tracking permission. Declining tracking prevents use of that identifier; it does not mean that advertising services receive no information. Contextual ads and privacy-preserving measurement can still operate.
Where Google offers a privacy message, it explains the available choices. Revisit them in Help → AD CHOICES, or EXTRAS → Ad Privacy Choices when the option is available. You can also change tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Rewarded ads play only when you choose them. Remove Ads removes the title-screen banner and between-shift ads; optional rewarded ads remain available.
See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps for its handling, retention and privacy controls. Choosing less personalised advertising does not necessarily stop all use of identifiers for measurement or frequency limits.
Purchases through Apple
Apple handles App Store payments. The game reads verified purchase entitlements to unlock Remove Ads, the Tea House Starter Pack and Counter Charms and restore eligible purchases. We do not receive your payment card details, and the game does not send purchase records to a developer-operated server.
Apple handles its own transaction records under Apple’s privacy information. Restoring a purchase restores the entitlement; it does not restore a deleted game save.
When you contact us
If you email robopioneer.product@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond, investigate the issue and manage the request. Our email service processes messages to deliver and store them. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or unrelated sensitive information.
We keep support messages as needed to answer your request, resolve follow-up questions and comply with legal requirements. You can ask us to delete a message; we will explain any information we must retain.
Links and this website
External links open only when you choose them. The destination’s privacy practices apply. These pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts, forms, external fonts or browser-storage code.
These pages do not include analytics or advertising scripts, and the pages themselves do not set cookies. Vercel provides this website’s hosting and may process IP addresses, request information and device or browser information to deliver and protect the website. Retention of hosting records is governed by the provider’s policies. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice for more information.
Your choices and requests
You can remove local game data by deleting the app, and manage any device backups separately. There is no game account to close. For a privacy question or a request to access, correct or delete information you sent us, email robopioneer.product@gmail.com. We may need enough information to confirm the request without collecting unnecessary details.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent or complain to your local privacy authority. Ad-related controls are described above; you may also contact Google about information it processes. We can help direct your request and do not require you to give up rights in order to ask for help.
Children and families
The game is designed for a general audience rather than as a child-directed service. Ad content is configured for general audiences; that setting does not mean an ad service collects no data. If a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy if our practices change and show the new effective date above. Contact Robopioneer Game Studio at robopioneer.product@gmail.com for questions about this policy.
