Your licence
These terms describe Tea Tumble for iPhone and iPad, provided by Robopioneer Game Studio. The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a different licence is provided through the App Store. These game-specific terms do not replace that agreement or your mandatory consumer rights.
The game and optional extras
The game is free to download with optional purchases and ads. The price and included contents of any purchase are shown in the App Store or purchase screen before you confirm. Remove Ads, the Tea House Starter Pack and Counter Charms are offered as one-time purchases, rather than subscriptions.
In-game currency, tools and rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred to another player. Gameplay progress is saved on your device.
Payments, restoration and refunds
Apple processes App Store purchases. Eligible non-consumable purchases can be restored with title screen → EXTRAS → Restore Purchases using the same Apple Account. Restoration restores purchase access; it does not restore deleted progress. Where a pack includes a one-time grant of game items, that grant is governed by the pack description.
For purchases billed by Apple, refund requests go through Apple’s refund service. Eligibility depends on Apple’s policy and applicable law. Nothing here restricts your statutory refund or consumer rights.
Advertising
The free game uses Google AdMob for a banner on the title screen when it fits, occasional ads between shifts, and optional rewarded ads. Remove Ads removes the title-screen banner and between-shift ads. Rewarded ads are optional, may not always be available, and grant a reward only when the advertising service confirms it has been earned. Privacy and tracking choices are explained in the privacy policy. Third-party ads and destinations have their own terms.
Look after your progress
The game does not provide its own cloud-save service. Deleting the app, resetting a device or losing a device can lose progress. Device backups may help according to your settings, but we cannot promise recovery. If a save warning appears, preserve the installed app and contact support before resetting data.
Respect the game and others
Use the game as permitted by its licence and applicable law. Do not redistribute the game or its artwork, music or text without permission, interfere with its services, or misuse support. Restrictions do not remove rights granted by applicable law or by licences for open-source components.
Your rights and updates
Updates may change features or fix problems. We aim to keep the game reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any warranty exclusions or liability limits are subject to applicable law and the governing app licence. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If these terms change, the effective date above will change.
