Let’s get you playing
Find your way back to the light. Email us with the game name, your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot can help; remove private information before sending it. Please keep the app installed if you need help with saved progress.
We cannot see your save remotely. Never send passwords, payment details or your Apple Account sign-in information.
How to play
Enter the world, then drag left to fold closer and right to open wider. When an object catches the light, hold still for a moment. At a crossroads, fold slowly until a path lights up, then open to travel. The pause menu also leads to Earlier stories & collections.
Saved progress
Progress is stored on your device. It is not automatically synced between devices. If a save warning appears, keep the app installed, check available storage and contact us before resetting anything. A device backup may contain app data, depending on your settings; recovery is not guaranteed.
Purchases and refunds
How do I restore something I bought?
Use pause menu → Journeys & equipment → Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Connect to the internet and try again if the store is unavailable. Restore brings back eligible purchases, not scores or progress.
Where do I ask for a refund?
For purchases billed by Apple, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides eligibility under its policies and applicable consumer rights.
No account or ads
Fold Dungeon has no ads, tracking or game account. You do not need an internet connection for its included gameplay. Apple purchases and external web links need a connection.
A more comfortable game
The pause menu offers Gentle folding, Reduce motion, sound and haptics. Earlier stories also has brighter paths and left-handed controls. Take breaks whenever you need them.
